Explore the Possibilities
Our Non-Profit Organization - A 501 (c) (3)
We are a day care and preschool that provides quality care and nurturing for the most innocent and fragile in this world... our babies and children.
We are built on the core values of thankfulness, thoughtfulness, kindness, service, respect, and acceptance. We serve children of all abilities, all cultures, and all socioeconomic backgrounds. Our school is a good representation of what our community is made of. The high-quality teachers that we are blessed to have, afford us the ability to properly care for and nurture children with developmental delays in the areas of social/emotional, cognitive, motor skills, and speech/communication. We have been able to provide services to medically fragile children who were denied access to a typical preschool program. Within our school, we also employ adults of all abilities. Mr. Doc, a teacher, is on the autism spectrum and conducts weekly high-interest lessons. Doc is mentored by Mr. Narlin, a retired teacher and a physically-disabled veteran. It is my belief that everyone needs a place to feel safe, loved, and supported. We are at the start of our third year of business and find the need in our community for quality childcare is so great, that we have decided to expand our programs to meet those needs by purchasing the former St. John the Evangelist Catholic School building in downtown Girard, PA. With more space, we will be able to serve families from all over Erie County; which is humbling, given our location in Girard. We are acknowledged by the state of Pennsylvania and the IRS as a non-profit entity. This non-profit status allows us to afford more individuals of all abilities, race, culture, and socioeconomic background to access a high standard of childcare and preschool. During our expansion, we will continue to offer our “Spectrum Soccer” program and sensory-friendly activities for children on the autism spectrum. The space our new building provides will allow play and programs to be SAFE, INCLUSIVE, and ACCESSIBLE to all; and our non-profit status allows more opportunities for the life skills program we have developed. We are ready to “explore the possibilities” ...
