Leisel Zabo

Leisel is incredibly excited to join the Little Explorers team! She has a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood & Special Education from Westminster College and a Masters Degree in Curriculum and  Instruction from Radford University in Virginia. 

Leisel started and fell in love with teaching forth grade in Virginia for four years and 
taught third grade in Eastern PA before moving to Erie in 2021. She has since been blessed to be a stay at home mom to her two year old daughter, Adelyn but recently found herself missing the classroom! 

When touring Little Explorers in the fall for her daughter, she not only knew this was where her daughter belongs, but felt a nudge from God that this was also where she belongs. She could not be more excited to start the Mom and Me program and get to know all your wonderful families!! 
 

In her free time, Leisel loves going to hot yoga, running, baking, and spending time in 
the sunshine with her family. 

She is truly grateful and honored for the opportunity she has to make a positive impact in your child's life!
