Our Values
At Little Explorers Christian Academy, we make it a priority to provide a well-rounded secular education infused with Christian values. We are fundamentally focused on educating the whole student’s social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual growth. The basic Christian values of kindness, thankfulness, respect, and serving the community will be introduced and practiced daily. We strive to model and instill cooperative learning, perseverance, and work ethic. The students will receive a play-based, explorative, hands on education. Through our approach the students will develop a love for learning, respect for others, and the foundation for a successful educational journey.
Our Home
A special thank you to the First Presbyterian Church of Girard for being so kind, compassionate, and thoughtful as we’ve worked together to make sure the mission of the church meshed with the needs and mission of the preschool. While the preschool is technically independent of the church, our expectation is that through these aligned missions we will continue to work collaboratively to share and show God’s love.
The beautiful rebuilt Church is the home to our classrooms. There is an outdoor space that is being designed to foster explorative play. Updates on our space will follow.

Our school is proud to announce that we are recognized with 3 out of 4 Keystone STARS and are in the process of applying for 4 stars! Keystone STARS are based on quality standards that measure staff education, classroom/learning environment, inclusion of families and the community, and leadership and management.
